Light salmon color. On the nose it is subtle, elegant and fresh. Rich acidity makes the wine juicy while red fruits such as raspberries bring volume and a great persistence on the palate.

This wine is very good as an aperitif. Ideal with tomato sauces and some vegetables. Excellent with Asian cuisine
