Tasting Notes:
Our newest Chardonnay was aged for 8 months on its lees for added complexity. It is dry and lightly creamy, with a bright acidity and a mineral finish. The tropical notes of candied mango and ripe pear on the nose prepare your palate for flavours of pineapple and yellow apple.

Food Pairings:
We recommend pairing this wine with fettuccine with white truffle butter, or some scrumptious escargot!
