Hawke's Bay is one of New Zealand's oldest wine regions and classic Bordeaux varietals do exceptionally well there. This rosé is made from Merlot and Malbec and will offer pink grapefruit, red currant, floral, red plum and candy notes. Perfect for summer salads or grilled seafood.
